Since he was 15 years old, Rick's interests in design have drawn him into collecting mid-century furniture, lighting and objects ranging from fountain pens, clocks, watches, fossils and vinyl LPs. Asserting that all great things are truly in the details, his eclectic tastes are a constant inspiration in his approach to problem solving, strategy and consulting for his clients.
As the Chief Experience Officer of EA Collective and President of Agency EA, a global brand experiential marketing agency, he leads the overall management of strategy, operations and growth across the Client Services, Production and Creative departments at Agency EA along with setting the tone for what makes a great experience across the entire EA Collective (Agency EA, Studio Sage & Storyhorse). During his tenure at EA, he structured and launched the Creative department, growing it to a 40+ person team of creative strategists, graphic and spatial designers, copywriters, and digital leads. Over the years he’s had the pleasure of working with Intuit, HubSpot, Breakthrough Energy, Samsung, Hilton, Facebook, Square, Caterpillar, Molson Coors, McDonald’s, GE, Google and Target.

In 2019, Rick co-founded Sô Labs, a watch brand that believes telling time should be about fun(k) not just function, through layers of color combos and strange names.
Rick currently serves on the Suburban Partnership Board for Avenues to Independence, the NBGC Associate Board and the Notre Dame College Prep Alumni Board. Previously Rick served as co-chair for the ANA Experiential Marketing Committee.
